The Annual General Meeting & Awards Banquet is open to all members of the Mission Skating Club. This years AGM and Awards Banquet will be held at Heritage Park Secondary School in the Caffeteria on May 17, 2016 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm. This meeting is typically for voting on changes to the Club Constitution, reviewing the Club Financial Statements, and voting in new Executive members. We will recess for some pot luck treats and refreshments then proceed with the Awards Ceremony. If you are interested in filling any of our vacant positions we recommend you contact us for more information. As well, for refreshments and edibles we would like members with last names starting with A to J to bring Appitizers and those with last names starting with K to Z bringing Desserts. The club will provide Tea, Coffee and Juice.
